Malaysian Night 2026 brings you “Wau: An Eye for an Eye”, an original theatre production performed by the passionate and talented members of Malaysian Society Essex. This year’s story explores the weight of revenge, the cost of loyalty, and the fragile line between right and wrong.

More than just a play, Malaysian Night is a celebration of Malaysian culture, creativity, and community. Whether you are here for the drama, the performances, or to support the vibrant Malaysian student community at the University of Essex, this is an evening you will not want to miss.
