Join us for an active and scenic adventure along one of the UK’s most iconic coastal routes, Seven Sisters Country Park! 🍃✨
This special collaboration with the Hiking Society is perfect for those looking to get moving, enjoy nature, and take on the famous Seven Sisters cliff walk together.
Expect breathtaking views, fresh sea air, and a rewarding group hike across rolling white cliffs. This is more than just a day trip, it’s an experience!
📅 Date: Saturday, 25th April 2026
🕖 Departure: 7:30 AM (University of Essex, Car Park A)
🕕 Return: 6:00 PM
📍 Destination: Seven Sisters Country Park, Eastbourne
📍 Drop-off: Seaford Esplanade (BN25 1JT) or near the Seven Sisters Visitor Centre (off the A259)
⚠️ Please arrive at least 20–30 minutes before departure and return times to avoid being left behind.

There are limited places to buy food along the route, so we strongly recommend bringing:

We will have extra water available, but please come prepared.

• Saltmarsh Café (near Visitor Centre)
• Cuckmere Inn (pub near the start)
• National Trust Café at Birling Gap
• Occasional seasonal stalls (e.g. ice cream van)
