Our sessions focus on providing wellbeing and mindfulness-oriented art sessions to adults with learning disabilities at a day centre. As the name suggests, this project is about being creative and artsy, but it is open to anyone (so don't be shy to try it Art Club even if you never tried any arts and crafts before). This project proves that arts and crafts are not only a hobby but a powerful tool to help other people express themselves.
Perhaps you’re lacking inspiration for your next piece of coursework or the thought alone is driving you mad, our sessions are exactly what you need to give yourself a boost and help others in the meantime!
Register now to find out how to book onto sessions.
Sessions will happen from mid-January:
Every Wednesday and Thursday from 9.45am - 11:45 (travel times included and travel expenses are covered).
To take part in this project, you will need to register via GradIntel here.
