Skin contact is needed for Pole Dancing, so shorts are needed. Please do not wear rings, moisturiser, body oils or fake tan to the pole class as all of these can damage the poles and make it unsafe to pole.

Once you’ve got your ticket, just scan your student card at the gates in the sports centre on the day of the event and head upstairs to Activity Studio 1.
