COURSE nps score increases
Students were more likely to recommend their course this term, with the NPS rising to +26, up from +19 in Term 2, but down from +32 in Term 1.
more confidence in academic skills
Students feel more confident in Term 3 on their academic skills with 81% strongly agreeing or agreeing, compared to 75% in the previous two terms.
By campus: Loughton students reported the highest confidence (90% - with no students disagreeing), followed by Southend (83% - down 5%), and finally Colchester (80% - up 7%).
sense of COURSE COMMUNITY INCREASES
As the years progressed, 67% of students now feel a sense of ommunity on their course – up from 65% in the previous two terms.
Incredibly, Loughton students scored 100% (up from 82% in term 2, and 94% in Term 1). Southend students scored 85%, with Colchester students reporting only 65%.
