ABOUT OUR CLUB

The Essex Blades Cheerleading Club (competing as the Essex Flames) are a Gold Standard Club that competes at National levels.

Over the years we have been awarded many first place titles in both Stunt and Dance. As well as being a competitive squad, we also cheer for other Essex Blades teams.

Aside from all the hard work put in each week, we have weekly themed socials, every wednesday, which are lots of fun and help us to get to know each other better.

Everyone involved within Essex Flames, however it may be, forms a strong and supportive family.

To be a part of the club, you need to join up as a member. The different club membership options are listed in the tab above with a description of what each membership covers. By purchasing a membership you are agreeing to the club's code of conduct.

To get involved, all you need is comfortable clothing and indoor trainers.
