Handball

WHAT IS handball?

Handball is a team sport in which two teams of seven players each pass a ball using their hands with the aim of throwing it into the other team's goal.

There are six outfield players and a goalkeeper on each team, with the winning team being the one that scores the most goals. It is pretty much like football, but with hands.

Our Handball team consists of a men's team and a women's team. We have our sessions together. 

To get involved, all you need is indoor sports kit and trainers.

Your data will not be shared with anyone else or used for marketing purposes. Memberships are manually uploaded to the Essex Sport system so it may take up to 5 working days before you can book onto your sessions via the Essex Sport app.
