The music society isn't just for musicians, but instead for anyone who enjoys music, whether you love to be on stage performing or in your room with headphones on.

We aim to create a community with a place for every person who wants to be here, and to use that community to uplift you to be a better musician or understand your favourite artists even more.

Remember, this society is run by members just like you. That means we are all here to make the society better for everyone so if you think you know a way to help, or something we should do, let us know!

The music room is also a great space for beginners to learn as all the expensive equipment is already in there for you, just book a slot and practice whatever instrument you want.

Our Events: 

• Socials: We use these events to build a community and mix the groups of friends within our society.
• Performance nights: We give a bunch of students the opportunity to perform live infront of the society and any others who want to watch.
• Society crossovers: For these events, we work with another society to host an event tailored to both music fans and members of their community.
• End of year festival on campus: Currently in the works, more to come about this!

Memberships?:

Our membership costs £15.

This gains you access to our music practice room with all the equipment you need to practice in there, as well as access to peforming at our live shows. Additionally, you gain access to our socials/mixers and other potential events on campus!
