Please note due to the lack of freshers events last year during the pandemic we are limiting the number of guest tickets available for each event. There will be no guest tickets available on the door – only in advance.

-VALID ID FOR SU MEMBER / STUDENT TICKETS - UNIVERSITY OF ESSEX STUDENT REGISTRATION CARD ONLY (You must have this with you when entering the venue if you have purchased a student ticket, without it you will be refused entry).
-VALID ID FOR GUEST TICKETS - PASSPORT OR DRIVING LICENCE.
-R.O.A.R - Management reserves the right to refuse entry for any reason.
-Please pre-drink responsibly as we have a legal obligation to refuse access to intoxicated customers.

- Essex SU has a zero-tolerance policy toward drug use at its licensed venues. Searches will be in operation, as well as sniffer dogs for some events.
- Students found in possession of illegal substances will be banned for a minimum of 6 weeks and can face a lifetime ban. In extreme cases, students can be arrested and expelled from University.
- Non-Students found in possession of illegal substances will receive a lifetime ban from all licensed premises at Essex SU
- If you decline a search upon arrival, you will not be allowed in the venue that night.
