Get ready to kick off the new term the right way 🌍✨

Join us on Saturday, 25th October at The Maltings Common Room for our Welcome Back Cookout Party! We’re bringing the heat (literally 😋) with delicious East, South and Central African dishes, good vibes, games, and a chill space to reconnect, meet new people, take a break and unwind from the uni chaos.

✨ Tickets:

🎟️ Members: 10 Free Early Bird tickets available, then just £3.60 after.
💃🏾 Non-members: £6.

This is a great chance to show off your culinary skills (or just enjoy everyone else’s!) while connecting with the Ubuntu community. Bring your favourite dish from home, something you’ve always wanted to try, or just yourself—we’ll handle the rest!

What to Expect:
🎶 Expect great music, pool tables, and fun games throughout the night.
🍴 East, south and central African-inspired food — ladies, feel free to bring a dish to share!
🥤 Guys, bring a drink if you can (but no stress if not — just bring the vibes!).

So grab your favourite recipe, a friend or two, and come join us for an unforgettable evening!
