Important Information

£5 Deposit Required

To secure your place at the Aqua Park, a £5 deposit is required when booking. As spaces are limited and demand is high, the deposit helps us ensure that booked places are used and allows as many people as possible to take part in the activity. The depsout can be collected from the SU office after the event.

Please note:
• Spaces are limited, so early booking is strongly encouraged
• Students must arrive on time for the minibus departure
• The Aquapark asks all groups to arrive at least 30 minutes before the session starts to allow time for check-in and changing

Swimming Ability Requirement

All participants must be competent swimmers and must complete the Aquapark waiver before the event day in order to participate.

The Aquapark requires all visitors to:
• Be able to swim 25 metres unaided
• Be confident in the water
• Be comfortable going underwater
• Be physically able to pull themselves out of the water independentlyPlease note that the activity can be physically tiring.

All participants must watch the Aquapark safety briefing video before the event day in order to participate https://aquaparkgroup.co.uk/safety-briefing/

What to Wear / Bring

Please arrive in your swimwear ready for check-in.

You can wear wetsuit boots or water shoes on the park; otherwise barefoot is fine. Trainers or hard-soled shoes are not permitted on the Aquapark itself.

If attending barefoot, please bring flip-flops, sliders, Crocs, or shoes to wear around the site, as walking around barefoot is not permitted.

We recommend preparing for a full beach-style day out!
