golf

hello, we are the essex blades golf club

Golf is a club-and-ball sport in which players use various clubs to hit a ball into a hole in as few strokes as possible. A full round consists of 18 holes, but unlike other sports, Golf courses can differ greatly in size and difficulty making it a very strategic game where concentration is key.

How many teams do we have?

Mixed 1st (BUCS South East 1A)
Mixed 2nd (BUCS South East 2A)

Recent honours?

Mixed 1st - BUCS South East 2A Winners 2016/17
Essex Blades Bronze Standard Club - 2016/17

Do I need anything else before I get involved?

If you have golf clubs to hand, that would be extremely helpful. However, we also provide a set of beginner golf clubs for those who do not own the equipment. Furthermore, if individuals have golf shoes for when we play on the course then this would also be useful.
