golf

hello, we are the essex blades golf club

We are a community of individuals playing both socially and competitively against many other universities. We welcome players of all standards so whether you are an advanced player or you have never hit a golf ball, come and join us. We are a friendly bunch of people with both male and female participants of a variety of ages and our organisers are extremely approchable if you have any questions.

How many teams do we have?

Mixed 1st (BUCS South East 1A)
Mixed 2nd (BUCS South East 2A)

Recent honours?

Mixed 1st - BUCS South East 2A Winners 2016/17
Essex Blades Bronze Standard Club - 2016/17

Do I need anything else before I get involved?

If you have golf clubs to hand, that would be extremely helpful. However, we also provide a set of beginner golf clubs for those who do not own the equipment. Furthermore, if individuals have golf shoes for when we play on the course then this would also be useful.
