jiu jitsu
hello, we are the essex blades jiu jitsu club
Jiu-Jitsu is a sports club that teaches basic self-defence by giving you the opportunity to learn the traditional Japanese samurai martial arts of Jiu-Jitsu, giving you the ability to meet others interested in this amazing fighting style and train to defend yourself. Socials are held after training sessions and we discuss what we have done and what more we can do.
How many teams do we have?
Jiu Jitsu is an individual sport but members have the opportunity to compete throughout the year.
Do I need anything else before I get involved?
We would recommend getting a Gi (martial arts uniform) but we can also sell you a set as we have some available.
