WHAT YOU'LL DO. THE DAY TO DAY. You'll be a key part of making sure that the Societies team runs smoothly. Answering queries, creating newsletters and other promotional material. Working as part of a close-knit team, and communicating within the organisation as well as with members will also be key, so you will be able to develop your verbal and written communication skills in a business. We'll look after you whatever. Your Responsibilities As Societies Admin Assistant you will be assisting the Societies Coordinator with the different aspects of the Department's day to day activities. This will include: Supporting societies with their queries when they drop into the office or email us. Providing administrative support with regards to elections, events, standards badge applications, routine processes i.e. lockers and other areas of support. Creating promotional materials for both the societies department and individual societies. Creating the weekly newsletter and keeping up to date with our social media. Who you are You will need...
