Studying is important, obvs. But you know what else is important? Taking time to stop studying, switch off, and start unwinding.

 

It helps you recharge and revitalise - having fun is an underrated brain hack that helps your mental health and overall wellbeing. And as it's Mental Health Awareness Week, you owe it yourself to take time out for enjoyment.
