We're more than a business society! EBC is an innovative student led-initative serving as a ‘platform’ for students to connect, collaborate and grow together.
Our mission is to be the Central Hub of Collaboration for aspiring entrepreneurs, business enthusiasts, and tech innovators at the University of Essex. We strive to unify like-minded individuals together, empowering students to gain:
Frequent Socials: Casual gatherings where members can connect, share ideas, and discuss trending topics in business, entrepreneurship, and innovation, all while building relationships in a relaxed and engaging atmosphere.
Collaborative Events: Joint events with partner university societies, offering diverse perspectives on broad topics of business, technology, entrepreneurship, finance and more!
Guest Speakers & Workshops: Featuring successful entrepreneurs, industry professionals, and thought leaders who bring real-world insights directly to our members.
Partnership Programs: Building connections with external organizations and societies to create valuable opportunities for our members.
Annual Formal Ball: An elegant and fun evening where members can unwind, socialize, and celebrate the year’s achievements.
