Essex Flames Cheerleading

The Essex Flames Cheerleading Squad are a Gold Standard Club that competes at a National and International level and over the years, have been awarded many first place titles in both Stunt and Dance. Our competitive teams are BLAZE (Level 1), INFERNO (Level 2), Pom and Lyrical. We also have IGNITE (Gameday) who cheer for the Essex Blades American Football and Basketball teams. As well as being a competitive squad, we have weekly themed socials which help us get to know each other and are lots of fun.

EVERY WEDNESDAY AT 10:15 PM!
We dress up in different themes each week and play games before heading to Sports Fed!
