What will I learn?
- Roles and responsibilities of a first aider
- Assessing an incident
- Effectively dealing with:
- Unconcious casualties
- Cardiopulmonary resuscitation
- Choking
- External bleeding
- Shock
- Minor injuries
What will I do?
The course runs over 1 day and is hands on to help you practise first aid techniques with a final assessment at the end of the day.

Due to the popularity and cost for us to run this session free of charge for you, we ask that a £5 deposit is paid at the point of reserving your space online. The deposit is returned to the card you paid with once you have attended the session. You will be emailed when your refund has been processed, but it can take up to 2 weeks to show back on your card. The deposit is non-refundable if you fail to attend the session.
