Term Pass for Sub Zero Nightclub and Base

Buy your Term Pass and get entry to every event in Sub Zero and Base run by the SU from Monday 23rd April till Friday 8th June.

Buying the Term Pass saves you having to buy individual tickets and guarantees you entry to events even if they've sold out*. 

Please Note: The Term 3 Pass is run as a Guestlist and no physical pass is issued. You just need to tell your name and show ID to the Till attendant when you enter

  • 7 x Fridays

Terms and conditions

  • Normal event T&Cs apply. (Please see the Ticket section)
  • You must be in the venue before the last entry time with your pass. If you arrive after this time you will have to purchase a ticket (if numbers permit) or if the door curfew has passed you will not gain entry to the event.
  • Term Passes are non-transferable and non-refundable for any reason.
  • R.O.A.R.
  • Please Bring ID, No ID No Entry
  • All venues throughout the students Union are subject to capacity limits. This means that when the venue is full, we will operate a one in, one out policy at the discretion of the manager on duty.
  • We may refuse entry at any given time if we feel that the venue and safety of all students is compromised.
  • Those that appear to be intoxicated, under the influence of an illegal substance or refuse to be searched will be refused entry.
  • If you receive a Venue Ban for breaching Union Venue Policies refunds will not be given and you will not be able to use the pass for the duration of your ban
  • Passes are only valid for Events run by the Students' Union.
  • Our venues operate a no re-admission policy. If you leave the venue for any reason you will not be allowed to re-enter the premises unless you purchase an additional ticket.
  • The term pass will not be a physical pass but will be run as Guestlist each event.
  • The SummerBall is NOT included in this term pass.

Last Entry Times

  • Sun-Thurs you must be in the queue for the event by 12:30am or you will not be allowed entry to the event.
  • Fri-Sat you must be in the queue for the event by 1am or you will not be allowed entry to the event.
