This is why we're inviting you to our series of Wellness Walks. Let's awaken our senses!
Starting on campus, each walk will be led by a member of SU staff, who will take you around the university's trails, before finishing at The Hexagon for free food, drink and conversation.
These walks are completely free as are the food are drink and will take place during term time.
If you want to get involved, simply turn up outside the Silberrad at 1pm and look out for a member of staff wearing an SU Jacket.
Most walks will involve walking on grass so please wear appropriate footwear.
