"Voices of Now” is proudly here to disrupt your routine by taking your mind somewhere new. Incredible people will share inspirational stories that challenge preconception through experiences of real life.

Sophia Thakur will talk about how expression has always been a key aspect of survival. For humans, nature, and animals alike. Sophia will share some tips and poems on how to locate our inner voice and give it wings to fly into a healthier mental state.

These conversations will take place live on Zoom. You will be able to submit questions throughout and following each interview the floor will be opened for raw and honest discussion. Life is hard right now. Let’s disrupt the routine.
