Take 40mins out from studying and restore your mind. This is the perfect way to relax your whole body and get you a refreshed mindset.
This session is suitable for all experience levels of yoga. We have a limited number of yoga mats that can be provided or you can bring your own. Booking is recommended!

- Enter through the double doors to the right of SU Reception
- Go down the stairs on your right next to the entrance to the SU Bar
- Go down to the very bottom of the flight and turn right
- Welcome to the secret garden
