well-being ambassadors support social

10/12/2021 - 10/12/2021

3:30pm - 5:30pm

Social Marquee near Silbberrad

Come along to the well-being ambassadors support social!

We will have an anonymous suggestion box out during the social for anyone to let us know what needs improving for welfare services on campus, which we will take to the SU/SWISS in aims to better accommodate students' needs and make changes in the new year, based on student feedback. These suggestions can be as vague or specific as you like. We appreciate it is difficult to know what would make the support better, since students aren't trained professionals and may not know what works, even for themselves!

Well-being ambassadors who are MHFA trained will be present to offer advice and support if needed. We are here to listen and don't mind a good ol' bit of (respectful) trauma bonding! Anyone who doesn't want to share experiences are still more than welcome to come along just for the hot drinks and snacks!
