Arlene will guide you through a relaxing class to help you get through the day - offering meditation to relax the body and mind with gentle movements.
There is limited capacity for the class, so please secure your space by purchasing a free ticket.
Please bring your own yoga mat along to the session. Be sure to come in suitable clothing and bring water.
