VTeam are proud to support Colchester Pride 2022!
Colchester Pride 2022 will be held on Saturday 13th August 2022 at Firstsite, with a mixture of indoor and outdoor activities. Pride volunteers help create an enjoyable and safe space in which to celebrate Pride by helping to ensure smooth operation of the day. All volunteers will get a free Welcome Pack and T-Shirt!
Pre-Pride Welcome Evening:
An in person event on 31st July - a couple of hours to get to meet other volunteers and pride committee and talk through the day. If people can not do 31st July. then we are doing a Zoom version on the 9th August. All this time counts as volunteering!
On the day
There are three different shift options. If Volunteers are doing a shift they will be able to come and enjoy Pride either before or after and we shall provide them with wristbands for entry to firstsite. If they are doing the whole day we will aim to ensure they have some free time to be able to enjoy pride as well.
