Write For Rights

12/12/2022 - 12/12/2022

1pm - 4pm

The Atrium

Looking at the news these days can be quite gloomy, but that doesn’t mean we should give up hope. Interested in activism, but don’t know where to start? We have the event for you.

Join the LGBQ+ Officer for an afternoon of letter writing and card making for the victims of human rights abuses this year. These will be used to show solidary with these victims, and urge their governments to go back on their decisions and sentences in the hopes on a better outcome.

This event is part of a much wider, global campaign done by Amnesty International every year, called Write for Rights – to learn more, visit https://www.amnesty.org.uk/write-rights-2022-get-started.

We hope to see you there!
