Art Club

02/02/2023 - 02/02/2023

10am - noon

Meet on Campus

Our sessions focus on providing wellbeing and mindfulness-oriented art sessions to adults with learning disabilities and/or autism at a day centre in Colchester. As the name suggests, this project is about getting artsy. Art Club proves that arts and crafts are not only a hobby but a powerful tool to help other people express themselves.

Perhaps you’re lacking inspiration for your next piece of coursework or the thought alone is driving you mad, our sessions are exactly what you need to give yourself a boost and help others in the meantime!

Sessions take place at a specielised day centre in Colchester; transport from campus to the location, and the return trip, will be provided free of charge by us :)

This session takes place from 10AM to 12PM every Thursday, however, if you are not available, there is another session every Wednesday at the same times!

To participate, sign up on Gradintelligence or email vteam@essex.ac.uk!
