7pm - 7:45pm, Thursday 18 January 2018 | LRS

This session is just £2, enjoy 45 minutes of chill time in the form of Yoga, preparing you for the end of the week.  Come and relaxxx...

This is held in the LRS (old Evolve gym) under University square accommodation, opposite Sainsbury’s.

Come and show off your Tree position, or Downward Dog, or maybe the Camel is more your thing?  Don't know what any of these are, come and find out!

Make sure you bring suitable clothing and some water!
