THIS IS A HIGH INTENSE, FULL BODY WORKOUT THAT CONCENTRATES ON FITNESS, MUSCULAR ENDURANCE AND FLEXIBILITY EXERCISES. THESE THREE KEY AREAS OF PHYSICAL ACTIVITY WILL HELP YOU ACHIEVE MAXIMUM RESULTS FOR OPTIMAL HEALTH, WHILST BEING SURROUNDED BY OTHERS IN A LIVELY ATMOSPHERE. ALL EXERCISES ARE ADAPTED TO SUIT YOUR ABILITY.
