WiSTEM Christmas Card Making/Writing

07/12/2021 - 07/12/2021

2pm - 3pm

CTC 3.03

This is a volunteering event hosted by Women in STEM society mixed with Arts and Crafts Society and Art Club volunteering project!

In this session, you can make cards for care home residents in a local Colchester care home to spread the positivity and Christmas spirit to our most vulnerable adults who truly needs kind words during these challenging times. They enjoy quotes, poetry, and thoughtful words which you can put on a cute, decorative piece of paper :)

Additionally, you can also make Christmas cards for your friends and family. The choice is yours. VTeam will be providing all the materials needed, however, if you do have anything that may be useful please take that along too!

We will also have some hot chocolate, tea, biscuits, and fun Christmas music playing in the background. This is the perfect opportunity to share Christmas joy and spirit and hang out with other wonderful people!
