Enter the gauntlet and try a herculean combat experience where Boxing and Muay Thai meet, preparing you for any skirmish to come out a champion! Get ready to rumble in this technical and enduring contest of will, focusing on cutthroat cardio, pyramid drills, aerobic and anaerobic combos sick enough to make ‘Street Fighter’ look silly. So go the rounds and throw yourself into the fray to jab, cross and uppercut your way to victory, where the only brawl is between yourself!"
- Studio J can be found around the back of the gateway building, oposite Southend Central train station, you need your student card to gain entry.
Please note the class starts at 19:30, there will be a cut off & no entry ater 19:40.
