Join us for a dedicated, structured day designed exclusively for PGR students to make real progress on your thesis or research project. Whether you’re writing, analysing, or planning your next steps, this is your chance to carve out time and space to focus.

Throughout the day, you’ll also hear from our Careers and Skills teams, with targeted sessions created specifically for PGRs. These short talks are designed to support your unique journey as a researcher—helping you build confidence, develop key skills, and feel more equipped for what comes next.

A free, catered lunch will be provided, giving you the chance to take a proper break and network with other researchers.

Whether you’re stuck in the middle of a chapter or just need a change of scenery to refocus, this is your opportunity to reset, reconnect, and move forward.
