A 7 week course for complete beginners or those with little experience of swimming, helping you develop your skills in a small group of friendly faces.
All equipment is provided & with the help of a qualified teacher, you'll be good to go in no time.

Swimming costumes are not provided, and should be supplied by the individual. This is a mixed course, for both Male and Female participants.
For those travelling by bus, the number 61 bus goes from South Courts to North Station which is less than a mile walk from Leisure World. The 18:10 bus arrives at North station at 18:44
The first session of the course is on the 1st February 2019 at 7:30pm. A further 6 sessions will then take place, over consecutive Fridays, between 7:30-8:30pm.
We operate a no refund policy so only sign up if you're committed to attending this 7 week course.
