Hello! My name is Adam!
I’m a self-defence instructor and for the past five years I’ve been running self-defence sessions as part of Freshers’ Week activities at leading institutions, including Guildhall School of Music & Drama, the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama, and the Royal Academy of Music.
The workshops are designed to give students practical skills, increase personal confidence, and provide useful strategies for staying safe in a new city riddled with horror stories. Despite its nature, the workshop is always a laugh and goes down a treat, rousing a sense of camaraderie and competition amongst the new students.
