Calling SLT Students! Please join us on Saturday 18th May at 7pm at Colchester Officers’ Club for our Summer Ball event!
If you enjoy great food, dancing, and the potential to take home some fantastic prizes, then look no further as this event has it all! Get yourselves dressed up and come ready to celebrate your achievements over this academic year!
We have reserved a function room at the club, where you will be treated to a 3-course sit down meal. Then we’ve hired a DJ to help us party the night away! We are also hosting a raffle to raise money for our chosen charity: SNAP.
This event is ticketed. Tickets are £35 for members and £37.50 for non-members. Please note that the venue capacity for the ball is 80 people, so purchase your ticket as soon as possible to avoid disappointment!

The venue is fully accessible, and a 5-minute walk from Colchester Town train station. You can also get to the venue from both the S1 and S4 buses, getting off at the Military Road stop on the S1 route, and either outside the Sportsman’s Club or on Osborne Street on the S4 route. Both then have a short 5–10-minute walk to the venue, so no need to fork out on taxis!
