Instead you'll be responsible for leading a department that finds groundbreaking new ways of putting students in control of the SU and makes sure every one of our 15,000 members benefits from what we offer.

So we're putting students in control of everything that the SU does. You'll be responsible for overseeing the creation of a range of intuitive tools that make it easy for members to shape and direct the work of the Students’ Union, at all levels and across all three campuses.

We're not just shaped by students we're led by them. Each year 19 students are elected to head up the SU and you'll make sure they're a massive success.
Your team will oversee the management of student elections and democracy and support this new generation of student leaders to achieve their aims and represent our members’ needs.

You'll lead in developing student-led networks that allow members of every background to come together, making sure that the needs of under-represented groups are heard equally and that all students are able to make positive change happen through the SU.

- Salary starting between £32,004 and £34,956
