We held a student survey in Loughton asking what they would like from their SU Advice service. The results have given us direction as to what they would like and how they would prefer the service to operate.
As a result, we have developed a plan of how to offer a relevant advice service in Loughton. We will be working on our online material and offering an appointment booking service online. We will also be holding evening advice sessions twice a month where students can pre-book appointments or drop-in during the hours (where an adviser is available) to support with any queries they may have.
