Where to study in the evenings - Colchester

There have been a couple of changes made to campus in the evening this year.

After 5 o’clock in the evening the following places will be being locked up by security 

  • EBS Lecture rooms,
  • Ivor Crewe main inner doors to auditorium,
  • Hex Outer door,
  • some IT labs,
  • CTC & NTC,
  • LTB,
  • RAB,
  • SSRC, (SSRC is the Data Archives off SQ 2 just off the bridge)
  • Psychology,
  • Lime house,
  • Cloisters outer doors, Cloisters building is under podia leading off from the Media rooms and Lime house
  • Gallery, and Law common room

There are a couple of places that are open all evening so it may be best to make a beeline for them if you will be working in the evenings.

These are The Silberrad Student Centre and the Albert Sloman Library on the ground floor.
