Hey everyone,

A quick update on what I have been working on for the past two weeks!
As you know, Arrival Days at the airport are closing in rapidly, so together with the University, we have worked a plan in order to make sure we will have a presence on all days of the arrival period in order to help out new arriving students and guide towards their coaches. Of course, everything will be done under the regulations and safety measures in order to ensure nobody is placed at risk and we can carry on with our plan without any problems!

Another important action that happened this past week is our rapid approach towards ensuring this year, the teaching and especially online teaching will be of high standards!
So expect to hear more from us on this topic at the beginning of the academic year, as we will be looking to not only analyse, develop and improve but also build on the feedback we will ask our students to provide us in order to see what needs to be improved!

Finally, together with the other Sabbs, marketing team and events team we have been working on the promotion of our SU, showcasing some of the best experience we had during our years of study! Other important completed actions:

- ensured this year, our international students will have the possibility to apply and receive a NIN number
- promoted and liaised with societies in order to showcase our international communities

- ensured the presence of the ISA at all Freshers fair for all three campuses 

- Prepared the application for the ISA Committee positions (Be on the lookout, if you want to apply!!)
