(1) Support and inform female students on how to overcome the challenges faced in male-dominated work environments.
(2) To inspire and instruct female students on how to climb employability ladders and smash glass ceilings in order to achieve high positioning jobs.
(3) To create an environment for female students to share career aspirations/ideas and inspire others.
(4) To partner with employers/sponsors to provide opportunities to interact with companies and promote diversity within the workplace.
(5) To support any male students attending to also understand these challenges and help them understand how they can support women in business.
