The first SU Council of the 2026/27 academic year.
Any student is welcome to join the meeting as an observer!
Attendance is mandatory for Student Leaders, Student Community Officers (SCOs), and elected Council reps.
It will be a chance for the Student Leaders to present their Big Plan to Council, and to field questions relating to the Plan, and their work in the SU. Council members will also decide what action to take on three policies due to lapse in December 2026:
- Love and support for students with disabilities and mental health conditions.
- Budgets for SCOs.
- Policy for the SU to lobby the university to divest from the borders industry.
